He is a 1998 graduate of South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas and a 1991 graduate of the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma.  Mr. Scott is licensed by The Supreme Court of Texas and The Supreme Judicial Court of Maine and concentrates his practice in the areas  of automobile litigation, including  but not limited to collection of vehicle damage claims, liability defense, subrogation and business and commercial litigation.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it ), also one of the firm's founding partners, was born in Abington, Pennsylvania.  She is a 1999 graduate of South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas and a 1995 graduate of the University of Maine in Orono, Maine.  Ms. Scott is licensed by The Supreme court of Texas, The Northern, Southern and Western Federal Districts of Texas and by The Supreme Judicial Court of Maine and concentrates her practice in the areas of automobile litigation, including but not limited to collection of vehicle damage claims, liability defense, subrogation, and business and commercial litigation.  Ms. Scott also volunteers her time as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children removed from their home due to abuse or neglect.    

 

Ariel R. Gamble ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ), was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and raised in Western Massachusetts.  Ms. Gamble graduated cum laude from Simmons College in Boston where she majored in political science and served as Press Intern to the late Senator Edward M. Kennedy.  Ms. Gamble received her law degree in May, 2010 from University of Maine School of Law.  While at Maine Law, Ms. Gamble worked as a Student Attorney for the York County District Attorney's Office, and later as a Judicial Extern with the York County District Courts.  In October, 2010, Ms. Gamble was admitted to the Maine State Bar.  In November, 2010, she joined Basham & Scott where she focuses her practice in the areas of Criminal Defense, Family Law and Civil Litigation.
